lucky wobble

i dont know what it is but i have a razor headtube on my lucky pro 4" and i tightened the bolts all the way and it still has wobble and its not my bars or headset. please help

Cut a slit through the middle of the headtube, so it will tighten like a clamp, already a thread.

did you tighten that bolt thing on the bottom that conects the headtube to the deck?

just do what jacob said and make sure the bolt on the bottom is tight
