After nearly 2 months of not even a shipping conformation, nor a response to calls and texts, I'm starting to get a little suspicious. I sent him $65 for 2 eagles, and so far have no evidence of him shipping. He said he shipped on Friday 3 or 4 weeks ago, but I have no conformation or tracking number in paypal. When I bought a half knuckle from him, I had tracking and conformation like the next day, and it was at my house within a week. As of right now I'm not saying he's uuuuuber unlegit and I got ------- but after leaving him voice messages, sending texts, and recently sending an email to his paypal email (which I think is his dads email address), I've done about all I can.

If anyone has his home phone number, that would probably help me out a lot.

And just to throw this out there, I'm growing quite tired of riding old A3 125's, as they are the only wheels I have left.

And if anyone wants to go shit on his doorstep, Google will be happy to provide his address for you. All you need to know is his last name (Madera) and the fact that he lives in Flushing, NY.


Edit: One more thing has come to my attention, he blocked my number.

im sorry dude. your a really awesome guy and its disapointing that people are really selfish like this and only care for personal gain. just putting it out there but i dont really trust doing trades and stuff on a website. it just doesnt feel right...

I know what you mean about trading. I thought I was taking a risk the first time I bought something from him. I guess risk comes on round 2 as well.

I did yesterday. I'm supposed to get the money back soon. I filed a claim and he gave some bullshit tracking number that wasn't valid so paypal ruled in favor of me.

Well, once the moneys back I'm just gonna drop the whole thing and forget about it. No sense in beating it to death. I don't think he goes on SR anymore so we don't really need to bother with banning. But if he ever does come back on to sell something, UNLEGITTTTTTTT.

Which surprises me because he was as legit as legit can be on our first trade, and I even put in a good word for him, then I got kankle raped on the second one.

I didn't complain once until 2 months after you claimed to send my stuff. I gave you soooooooo much time and defended you from people saying "dude I think you got fucked over". So yeah I got pretty pissed. And I didn't harass you, that was tanner leaving the threatening messages cause he was pissed as well. I simply said "Just send the stuff, and everything will be fine". But no instead of that, you decided you would give one last ditch attempt to screw me by giving a fake tracking number.

The only thing I did wrong was call you "Matthew Madildo" because I was pissed and sick of waiting for you to send this shit.

And why should your address be taken off if you're gonna put my number up all over the place? I hardly see how thats fair. All I did was search for listings of "madera" in Flushing NY and it came right up, anyone can do that, what's the big deal? I guess the admins better take your last name and your location that YOU put into your info off of this thread too?


And I said if I got a refund I would just drop this whole thing and let it vanish but I suppose that's not good enough for you, you'd rather make a huge deal about it by snapping back at me.



And you say this was your only unlegit deal? Why the hell did you decide this one should be unlegit? I didn't even bother you about whether or not you shipped it until like 4 or 5 weeks after you should have, and even then you were very brief and neglectful about the whole ordeal and hardly gave me an understandable response to my questions.

I got over 50 calls in one night. That's called verbal harassment, and its against the law. I won't do shit with your numbers if my damn number, and address are just removed from this thread. I don't care how "illegit" I am, because I have sold probably 50 parts on this website, and I don't even ride anymore, so I could care less.
