Instead of making such a pissed off facebook-esque thread, why not give us suggestions? What are we doing so wrong? What could we do better?
Some people also need to realize you cant see everything we do.. You have no idea how many spambots we deal with on here.
"youre moderators and administrators, do your jobs." Yeah, but were also only human. We have to monitor the threads, but theres A LOT of threads and A LOT of members on here. You tell us to do our jobs, but then say stuff like "ban people who shouldnt be banned" and "leave all the annoying little noob fucks that talk shit and act like they know everything and run the place".
1. Banning is (in a way) our job. Do you look at every single post on here? Can you see the PMs and other things that lead to the bans? I agree that theyre been some unjust bans, but almost all of them have a reason. Even if its not in plain view to everyone on here. Because like you said, its OUR job.
2. What makes you different from these "annoying little noob fucks". Im not trying to start shit but just making an example. What makes you different? How long youve been riding? Your join date? Whether theyre new to the sport or new to the site, everyone starts somewhere. I cant speak for all of the staff but I try to point out what theyre doing that annoying and tell them to knock it off. Most of these "annoying noob fucks" ask a lot of questions, so what? How else are they gonna learn?
I see what youre trying to say, but at the same time I think youre exaggerating it and need to step outside of your little bubble and look at it from our point of view. We can only do so much. Especially when we also have personal lives and some of us cant be on very often, then the resposibilities fall on who evers on at the time. And like I said, theres a lot going on here at once.
