Need V2i Help please

I just got the district benj deck and i have pro comp scorcher forks and when i put the forks through the headtube and put my proto scs on i try to screw on the compression bolt but it wont screw in. Would a longer bolt help or is that bad? Any ideas?

yeah you need a longer bolt.

Yes the v2i's have longer headtubes than normal.

i had the same problem. go to your hardware store and find a longer bolt.

since this is basically the same thing i'm about to ask. i'm about to order tilt legacy forks and a v2i, i have a full scs, would this be a sketch setup? cause i don't want damn $100 dollar forks bending easy.

im gettind a v2i and i have a phoenix fork and proto scs, all the sites iv been on say there not recomemded with the district why???

this. but with mine i didn't put the headset top cap on, just the crown race and the scs on top of that. it gives you a little bit more fork tube to work with.
