i looked at it and it looks like a welded tsi with a huge blob of metal underneath but that may just be the shot

i saw this a couple months ago on a rider on razor who went to australia. i thought it was a phoenix because of the color and heatube but it looked kinda like an old A too. i was confuzzled

They wont keep the dropouts that way, if you read the comment he says theyre, making it look better. And I dont think theyre gonna take something that had no problems on the last model OFF.
