new picture rules?

no more making picture threads if the thread starter doesn't even have pictures to post. aggravating me.

and another rule that i am stealing from another forum that i frequent:

there can be no more than 3 replies to a picture without posting another picture. this prevents 20 people from replying to the same pic without posting any new content because that gets old and boring.

if it is someones personal picture thread that is different

but in the big group threads like your scooter thread

Its still going to be hard to enforce and get people to follow. I mean we can tell people to try and limit there replies to a certain picture, but its never going to work really.

I know i'm not gonna enforce people to follow it. It's just nearly possible, in case for "your scooter" thread where like over 5 people might asked 5 diffirent questions and the two last ones who asked are getting a stupid warning for posting a 4th (or more) reply without a pic.
