New user can't post

Hi, I am having an issue with posting. When I click "post reply", this is the message I get.

brokeit, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I just got this in a PM, I told him to make sure he confirmed his email. Anything else that it could be?

He never confirmed his email.. How does he get another confirmation email sent to him? I haven't made an account in forever so I wouldn't really know. Then again, I wouldn't really expect any of you to know either lol.. Uhh, I told him worse comes to worst then to just make a new account.

Non confirmed is the only reason i can think of.
