ok so i just got an old a from a friend and he gave me a brake spring with it, because i didnt have one. so i put it on as usual and i go out and start riding and my brake starts jiggling and the more i rode the worse it got. so i went back inside and bent the spring back into the right position, but i figured out that after a couple pushes on the brake the spring would bend back and it would start to jiggle again.

sooo wtf? how do i fix this? it has never happened to me on any of my old a's before

Yea when I rode Old a's they were known for that

what I would do to stop it, take a flat screwdriver
pry it underthe part where the spring is against the deck and put like a nickel it between it, always worked for me.
