no matter what i do it keeps moving. i put 3 b back axels in it and their as tight as it can get and still moves, but i didnt have this problem with my a. is there any way to make it not move at all...
make sure the holes in the mech are being filled completely so that there's no room for the bolts to jiggle and i dont know if you want to use b back axels for the locking part of the mech, only the pivot point. but then again i'm talking out of my ass and don't really know too much about it
axles suck they come untight cuz of vibration when you ride just go to the hardware store buy two bolts the size of your axle and one a little bit bigger the big one goes in the top and the other ones go in the bottom and right to the top heres a pic of what i did http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y151/Scoots69/scooterpictures002.jpg

axels work fine guys
somtimes the mech will still move because of that plate in the front thats held on by the 4 little screws infront of the headcup thing, take that off and see if you can get it any tighter, make sure the nuts ontop of the fork are tight too
I'm too lazy to go to the hardware store to get spacer, I just use old bearings as spacers haha. Works like a charm though, and they never loosen up. Usually put a 1/2 axle through the actual folding system and mech, then just rear B axles in the other areas. Unless I drill out the folding system rail to fit the axle in the front.
I use a big fat screw at the top. For the bottom I dont use anything, somehow I can remove all the parts without disassembling the bottom bolt so I just leave it as it is, lol
