Doing this program while i'm in between school and uni, only just started week one (Also just about finished Two Hundred Sit ups program)
I'm no work out freak, but i use say, an hour a WEEK, on this, and it feels amazing already. Fitness increases like nothing else.
I'd reccomend this to everyone and anyone, it's free, and effective.

impossible.

All about building strength + endurance over 6 weeks, then 100 push ups for the last one.
For my initial test in sit ups, i got 120 (Used to do upwards of 300, but stopped doing any sort of fitness work) so the sit ups one is easily possible, push ups will be a challenge, but it's worth it when you can ride a whole day without getting tired.

I'll post a video soon, I can do around 140 pushups in a row. Its mainly from wrestling practice every day, the conditioning from that shit is amazing.

I wouldn't doubt this,
But kids who say this shit who have never tried it are
bullshitting so hard.
It's so hard if your body isn't conditioned.

If he really does wrestle every day, i'd say he could do it.
Wrestling is one of the best sports, tones your arms/stomach perfectly.

Yea, I'm the 112 pounder for Delcastle Technical High School. We have practice EVERY week day 3-5:30, (except on wednesdays when we have matches.) practices consist of alot of running/jogging, push-ups, curls, jumping rope, 6 inches (abb exercise), squat jumps, wall squats, exercises with 30 pound sandbags, live wrestling, learning moves, practicing common moves, stamina drills, and plenty of other stuff.

It's really one of those things where you feel like your going to die, but once its over and you feel the transformation in your body, you never want to stop.

EDIT: Yea, no homo on this, but what you said about toning your stomach is sosososoo true. When I first started, I was strong in the stomach but had like no definition, this is me now.

I kinda wanna start doing push ups, just so I can sprint better though. I'm going to start doing core workouts though, that's the real deal.

We do a poop load of stuff in lacrosse, but last year I would do like at least one hundred pushups daily, not in a row but on and off.

Haha, agreed on the photo.
Guys who take shirt-lift photos are desperate as hell around here, sorry.

Core programs a so bangin'
I used to do it once a week, hour long session, you can definitely notice the difference in fitness/speed for swimming/running after a while.
