Panasonic gs...?

Okay so there's a Panasonic gs80 for 120 on eBay a gs150 for 220.. I don't want to spend more than 220 used on eBay for a gs so which one 80,90,150,300 etc. is worth it?
And they are all compatible with fisheyes/other lenses too?

haha I had one for like ages, (the gs80) you should really only get the ones that are 3ccd, any of those will give you some nice footage.

150 for 220 is not that great of a deal.

I got my gs300 for 140 shipped. Theyre really good cameras, produce good footage. They have all the manual settings you need to produce good colors too. Yes they are compatible with fisheyes. Some are 43mm and some are 37mm.
I would get a 37mm baby even its 43mm though so you dont have vig issues.


Try to find one with 3ccds.

150s and 300s are also really good.

I've never had a miniDV before how exactly do you upload it? Do you just download FireWire and then upload it to there and then put the videos in your normal editing software?

Lol you don't download FireWire. It's a type of port and cable.
You plug the cable into your port on your comp and your camera, you pull up your editing software, and capture the footage. Tapes aren't complicated at all.

Make sure you get 3ccd gs though. Gs lowlight is bad enough I don't even want to know how bad their 1 choppers low light is.
