Ive always kinda envied how fast lugers' can go and how zippity quick those long boarders are. But don't you think Skooters are very much capable of hitting these speeds and quite possibly more? This brings me to my point:!amazed

"Downhill Skooter Races&Competitions!It's just reasonable. We wouldn't have to do the biggest hills and steepest points.Just find a real nice kinda' lean hill with some groove and see if we could organize a S(c)ooter race.((c)'s for those cooter riders that like to coot.)
Anways, just contact your mayor or local parks and recreational leader and see about getting those hills dropped in on.

Skateboarders have been doing this for a long time, I think it's about time we start showing the world how quick our "Whip" can go!! Organize Set Street Downhill Races. They dont have to be the biggest hills, just something that would go fast.Change the Art of skootering a lil' bit.Organize downhill Skooter Competitions!.....

This thread goes out to all riders......maybe along the way we may get a legit gnarly company that makes bearing specifically for skooters.

Dude i've been thinking about this, i'd totally do it, and i know alot of Cali kids would because they have sick hills and shit, i think we should try and go for it.

Would be very hard to put together though , but you never know.

haha i love bombing hills yesterday i bombed one next to my dads car and i was doing 65 km/h (40 mph)

Down hill racing is so fun there's hills around my house that i can just fly down, but down hill carving would be funner, just smoothly gliding from side to side, although scooter wheels don't have as much of a contact patch compared down hill skateboard wheels
