Power tools

Im looking into getting some power tools. I want a drill, a saw for wood( and if possible for metal also), and some type of vice that will work with flat and round surfaces(bars)
Are there any good/bad brands or specific tools that are the best?

will the saw in this cut metal as well as wood? and will i be able to make percision cuts(launch/qp) with it?

it will be sort of hard to make perfect cuts in wood but it would get the job done.
