any one have problems with Lloyd not replying to emails?I don't have anything against QCS but their customer service has really gone downhill in the last year.

I ordered an SCS last friday and sent him two emails about it, and no reply yet. This is garbage. I better get a response tomorrow.

guys he sent an email out that he is at school now and anyone who needs a fast response should text him. you have to realize hes going through school and trying to run a business on the side so dont criticize him. i would like to see any of you do a better job than him and do what he does.

That explains a lot, thanks. But I hope it gets shipped soon because some of the people on their fb page said they've been waiting a few months on their stuff.

Stock shouldn't have anything to do with it. If it's not in stock, it should say it's out of stock on the website. I get that he's a busy man, but if he's gonna run a business he should be prepared to work extra hard.

Brody, i know Lloyd is your friend and he is having trouble at school and all but business is business. He better keep his customers happy.

I had no issues with them before.
But brody, you could always manage the incoming orders then just tell lloyd what he has to ship out if that would be easier on him?

Yea im the one who waited 2-3 months for brake and barends but when he finaly decided to come out of his shell and ship it it came pretty quick
