So I Was Gunna Buy A Tsi From Short Bus Scooters But It Has No Spacers But From How Skinny The Back Is, Does It Need Spacers I Need To Know And Could You Just Use Washers If It Needs Spacers? Thanks

The spacers are just washers and you need them so get some that fit on your axle
