how are the bars oversized but you have a threaded fork?

Just need a piece of standard bar with a slot as a shim inside the OS bars.

1-3/8"OD STEEL Handlebars are generally referred to as "Oversized" and are compatible with the following:
Oversized Option 1) Stock Threaded Forks using a Hidden Internal Compression (HIC) Step-Down Shim to convert the ID of the Handlebars from 1-1/4"ID to 1-1/8"ID to fit properly on the forktube and an Oversized Clamp with an 1-3/8" Inner Diameter (ID). This Option requires the base of the Handlebars to be slotted to allow them to compress and clamp securely to the Shim and forktube.
