no 1.5 is not easy hieght to hop on go on my youtube and watch Trend Swag (Box Sesh) be cause my box is 1.5 its not east and you cant throw every trick in the book but i like it its challenging but if you want somthing easy go with 1 foot

my grind box is 5.5( cause i made it from scrap wood) and its a tad to low, id say 8 inches to a foot

i like 16 inches for grindbox and rail

Grind box= 2 feet and taller.
Rail= 1 1/2 feet and taller.
But i got black hops, soooo yay...

10 inches is what mine are. My rail is adjustable from 8 to 20 inches, though
