Scooter bars on the airplane

I wanna bring my scooter to lake tahoe in order to bring it I would take off my bars and put my deck and bars in my backpack. Has anyone brought scooter bars on a delta flight my dad works for the tsa and he says they could be used as a wepon so he doesnt know can someone help me out!

I took my scooter apart and put it all at the bottom of my suitcase and had no problems.

Put it all in your suitcase. I could fit 22x22 Raderalls.

I just say that my scooter is a stroller and they take it on the plane no questions asked. Once I just took my bars out of the scs and brought my scooter on as a carry on item.
