Sell me a fork/ what do i need?

thats a link to my setup. i don't know much about building scooters, which forks can I get i need a new one that proto one is bent... can anyone tell me if i have to have threaded or threadless in this district headset and what does the size have to be?

does anyone have something they can offer me i don't really are about buying new with pieces of steel....???? i need something ordered and shipped on friday....
