shipping is terrible

ordered a vertx smx last sunday and karl told me word for word " ordered yesterday so it will ship tomorrow " tomorrow meaning monday 11th. a kid at the park today came in with a brand new vertx smx. ORDERED monday the 11th and came saturday the 16th. ** keeping in mind he chose the same shipping i did ** yet mine was SHIPPED the day he ordered and i still dont have it. also, two other people who i know said their smx forks took two weeks. if shipping is that bad or if it varies with the people its shipped to, in the same town, shipping should be free.
