Sleeping problems.

Ok so i basicly i need help sleeping.
Like yesterday i went to sleep at 3 and woke up at 5 this morning to go shopping and then got home and slept for less then 2 hours.
And right now its 230 am and i still cant fucking sleep.

Does anyone have anything i can try to help me sleep?

if ur on any new medicine that could be it also. i got tonsilitus and ever since i got my antibiotics i can only sleep 1-3 hours a night. like right now its 4:58 am and i fell asleep at 3:33 am ):

but yes i agree wit wats said above. specially numba 1 :)

Melatonin. I've had sleeping problems for years. I bought a bottle of melatonin, took one pill every night until it was empty, and then stopped. I haven't had sleeping problems since then.

Try fapping before bed. It works, also tire yourself out. hop out of bed and do pull ups or crunches or something.

Try watching Discovery channel/Animal planet/some other educational channel. shit bores you into a deep sleep.

go to a mattress store, find a mattress that suits you and buy it along with a memory foam pillow, you'll never wake back up.

Melatonin works best for me. I'd be asleep by now but I forgot to take it. Also cough medicine helps but it tastes like artificial ass.

Text someone for a little bit (the bright screen in the dark room tires your eyes)

Listen to death metal =D

Go on SR on your iPod for a little bit

Ride for a while before you go to bed, so that once you go in and sit down you go into lazy mode where all you wanna do is sleep

heres what you can do
1.jack off as hard as you can to some porn.
2.turn your fan on high on nights that its not hot and put a bunch of blankets on you.
3.do your homework before bed.
4.watch tv
5.find the perfect postition in bed.
6.weed-it knocks me down like a tranquilizer
7.read a book before you go to bed
8.go to the skatepark and ide as hard as you can

Doing my homework before bed never works for me. Cause once I'm done, I'm super pumped that I finally finished and I'm like rarin to go do something fun.
