oh em gee, i havnt had the nuts to do them on a ramp yet, but ive done them into foam like 100,000,000,000,000,000 times. get enough speed so when you lean back you wont slam your head on the ramp, when you hit the lip, jump up and lean back as much as you can, if you tuck your knees a little you might spin faster so try that too, look up the whole time so you can see your landing spot. pull up on the handle bars when you land just to be sure your feet wont fall off and absorb the impact as much as possible. i would try them into foam first but if your crazy and have a deathwish, go ahead and learn them on ramps. and if you want better instuction i would probably ask terry
