Staff Criticism/ Comment Thread.

Everyone always criticises the staff members, some in a good way, and others have something bad to say no matter what we do. So share your thoughts here, let us know what you think. Think of this like a Suggestion/ Comment box at a restaurant.
This is in the mature section so that we can make this a good thread. Post legitimate reasons and comments, nothing dumb or immature. If you guys keep the main idea of the thread, we could use some comments to maybe try to improve any areas of our work that need it.

But heres the RULE:

No names! I dont care if you have a personal grudge, or any kind of problems with a specific staff member here, this is not going to turn into a hate thread. Any specific names will have the post deleted, and the member will be warned or banned (depending on the post)

We will NOT hesitate to lock this thread if it gets out of hand!

This thread is for all the people who think its so easy to run the site

On topic though, I don't think there's a problem with any of the staff members. They're all doing fine to me, but then again I don't get butt hurt if a mod were to tell me something opposite of what I wanted to hear or if they do things differently.

Well Phil, glad to see you started the rules nicely. Its not that hard. This thread can really help if you people handle it maturely.

I like all the mOds except for kieran. I don't have anything against him but he doesn't help the site in any way, sometimes makes annoying posts, and basically is a normal member on this site holding a position that could have been given to someone who actually does something.

He may not help the site, but i think he is a good addition to the website. I pretty much think every mod on here, does there job. But specifically Rob, the forums would not be the same without him, and his funny random posts haha.

I love Rob... lol. In my opinion hes the best mod on this site, but thats just me. If i wanted to hate or grill i wouldve done it a while ago... Calm thou self

Lol I do as much work as the other mods. Now you either DO have a problem with me and you're hiding it, or you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Either way I, and the other mods feel that I do my job.

Oh did I tell you that in the next few weeks I will be restarting COTW/POTW, and running it myself? No, I clearly do nothing for this site. Why don't you do my job?!
