Stripped bolts

Ok so the heads of the bolts are stripped so i cant tighten or loosen the bolts in my clamp. HELP

cut through them and twist the threaded part out with pliers.

Or put a rubber band over the stripped bolt and put your Allen into the bolt ( so the rubber band should be between the two ) it works like a charm on most stripped things .
