threded fork

i recently got my new fork from dsa i would love to use it but i asked for thredless and i got threded i would loke to know if it is still possible to put a headset on my scooter becase i got one with it please answer soon?

yes, you can still use it with a threadless headset. put the top threaded nut from a stock headset over the headset to hold it down.

ok and i was wondering i found a washer that i could put on the bottom and i could prom use a compresion system with it i think it would work

you have threaded forkssss... compression is useless with threaded forks. arent you sponsored? you should prolly know this already.

i did know that know that i was wondering if that worked cuse i got the wrong fork in the
mail i was going to order a brass knuckle for my for but know idk if i can ride an scs but if not i will have to send it back and get a new one.

just use one of the top nuts on your threaded fork and threadless headset and it will work great with no problems at all.

well technically you can stick a starnut in your forktube and still use your scs. it's pretty pointless, but it's still possible...

well if theyre really thick they wont break as much. They're easier to install since there is no compression system involved.

but the added wheight makes them less efficient.

yeah but they're not easier to install. i would much rather unthread a bolt with an scs than fricken rank the hell out of my compression nut! those things are a bitch!
