Gaston Steel Member Aug 5, 2011 #4 If you have a sealed headset. Take the seal off with a razor blade and out thick grease in it. If its not sealed. Just grease the Ball bearings. its not the hic, its your headset

robtom123 Bronze member Aug 26, 2011 #12 loosen the hic and see if it still has a tight spot if it doesnt then you have probably done the hic to tight this happend to me so i just found the sweet spot no wobble and no tight spot
