you should try em out of a quarter because i find that easier cause you get more air then when you start to get your arms way out it will be synch to get it over the box
Yeah I have a hard time learning them too. Really could use some advice on learning them flat, since the weather here really sucks untill April or something.
when you tuck air , try and move your upper body over/infront of the bars and move the bars in towards your stomach so your sort of tucking them into your gut, well atleast thats how i tuck air
