you gotta push your feet down straight and pull your bars up, then turn the bars kinda past your leg, then turn your body around and follow the bars and just push it real hard!
i am just leearning these too . i found pushing complcated too ! i would always get up there perfect do it and then it just looked like and x up . extend your legs is what i was doing wrong . i had them bent for landing too soon . hope this helps !
