i have high pitched ringing noises from all the years of scooting with in ear headphones blaring?

everyone has the noise unless they live in the country and its really quiet. its because your ear drums are so use to loud noises they try and comensate and therefore produce there own noise. in the mornings its usuallr real quiet or you just cant hear it at all.

Yeah haha when it goes quiet I get a quiet ringing in my ears, I think its normal though haha :/

and my ears are not compensating, b/c i havnt been outside in 4 days from sick.

its louder at night but a sometimes i used to hear it a lot during the day.
i just want to know if anyone hears that particular LOW pitch.

like a frdige is humming in you head, or an diesel engine idling.
oh and i hear it right now.

if u were sick, it coulda been the reason. i mean, i remember a month ago i had really bad congestion and stuff. so i had a mad stuffed nose and all that stuff
and i heard it then,.... and especially after i blow my nose. like its all the junk clearing up maybe? idk lol

could be your reason right there? maybe your sinuses are congested or something? I dunno though..
