I just finished the book last week and it was awesome. Im going to see the movie today!
Nice Peter, I probably would've been pretty lost during the movie if I hadn't read the book. The movie is like 2 hours and 45 minutes long but it went by fast for me, probably cause I sorta knew what was gonna happen next and I was excited for it haha. Also, they have a lot of "modern" music in it, which I didn't think was gonna work, but it did.

Yeah I just got back from watching it and was done really well. Practically identical to the book.
If you haven't read the book though it's going to be confusing for you. Excellent movie all in all.

I saw it thursday night at 12 and it was fucking amazing. I liked it better than the dark knight.
It stayed pretty true to the plot, except the ending, but it didnt really affect it and it ended in the exact same plot. It was so graphic and gory too which was awesome.
They also made some stuff like too obvious and movie-goer friendly, like when laurie found out the comedian was her dad and Dr. Manhattan was like " the comedian was your father" when a piece of paper could have figured it out because they just showed us it.
Overall though it was easily one of my favorite movies ever

Opening scene with "The times they area changing" was awesome.
