I need help commuting to grinds and double whips and such cuz I have finally mastered the simple stuff such as ( 180 bar, tail whip almost anything ect..)
Try to get better bit by bit. Don't try anything too hard but don't not try something just because your afraid to get hurt. Remember the easiest way to get Hirt is not committing.
what i say to my self is that if i dont commit il die. Once i was trying to bar this set and it seemed really scary, after like 30 tries actuelly trying to jump i landed it the first try and the feeling was great. so just do it when your ready and i find it easy to do somthing if i have the inperation, so try to find some insperation to get you motivated and then go do it!!
Just walk your self through it first. For example if I wanted to whip to feeble to bar out I would: 1) Walk up to whatever I was grinding and do the whip motion to a feeble.
2) Walk along the grind then just do the bar motion out.
3) Memorise what you have to do and repeat it a couple of times going faster and faster.
4) When your comfortable, do it.
