what happened to the "eaglesport USA" thread in teams?

I own SR.

Gino is promoting C4 nearly as much as Take 2 promotes himself so I am drawing the line. SR is not here for other companies to promote themselves or to do business which is what that thread was turning into. It is a community for users to talk about the sport. If you own or start a company, you officially join a different class of users on SR. Basically anything you say on here beyond the point of being neutral can be seen as persuading the market and that is not allowed, however, I still do allow a lot. But when the owners of companies make blatant threads on a neutral site about their companies that is crossing the line. Pretty much once you get to the point I, Marcel, Darren, Gino etc. are at you have to become a lurker to stay neutral in the forums. The only time I really allow people in that group to post is if it is neutral or it is to DEFEND their products or names if they are being unfairly tarnished.
The only exception is the PROTO thread because PROTO puts money in my pocket and the money in my pocket pays for SR and even at that I do not do business on my forum or through PM's. Everything I do goes through store.scooterresource.com and scooterresource@gmail.com. I'm not going to clutter my own forum with business inquiries.

If you guys get a team site up and want to post a link to it that is cool, which I would kind of expect to happen from a big company instead of using a thread in a forum to hype their team which is kind of cheesy to begin with.
