well if u still have a threaded fork ur kinda sctuck with the stock headset but they work pretty good if u take the whole thing apart and clean it and all u have to do to do that is take off ur bars and un screw the 2 nuts on your fork than wipe all the grease off and spray it down with wd40 and put it back together.

WRONG. dont spray it with WD-40, thats probably the biggest mistake you could do. wd-40 is a degreaser, which will make it not move at all. take everything apart, wipe it all down, grease it all up, put it back together, and it should be good. better option would be to get a cane creek s-3, threadless fork, and ics. you can always use the top nut from the stock headset as compression to hold down the s-3's cap so it doesnt wobble.

You don't need to buy a threadless fork to run a threadless headset. Threadless headsets do work with threaded forks. So you can buy whatever 1 1/8" threadless headset that you want. I would recommend the Cane Creek S3, because it's pretty damn dialed.

you can still use a headset with a threaded fork but you just have to use the top nut for the fork
get a fsa the pig there cheap and good

i love the chris king,, the only problem is that its very expensive but it rides soooooooooo smoothly

I hate my Cane Creek S3, I bent the cartridges within 2 months.

Then you're sketchy as fuck haha.

Get a cane creek. Don't bother with a chris king or fsa, they suck.
Get a cane creek s3 or s1. The s1 is strong since it's steel, but it's heavier, which won't matter at all.

That's why I'm scared about integrated headsets on scooters, people running loose headsets and ovalizing their head tubes.
