i wear nines and i ride a rup deck, 4.5 or 4.0 deck size is more about how it feels then how big your foot is.

i wear size 10-10.5 so i ride a 4.5 gives me more foot room and a wider deck to land on but its all what you want and like to ride

lol i wear size 14 shoes, im 6'2" and I ride 4.o phoenix integrated. lol its alll rider preferance.. i cant ride any width

dude dude cant even tell the differand between 4.5 and 4.0.. i have a 4.5 standard, and a 4.0 integrated and it feels the same. haha

They weigh basically the same I ride a 4.0 Phoenix I personally don't like 4.5 it makes it harder to do stuff for me cuz I ride pretty tech and street and my feet are 10.5
