what is wrong with my thigh?

About 4 days ago my friends and i were riding all day and decided to stay at my house for the night. while i was watching tv i got the worst charlie horse on the back of my lower thigh. since then it hurts to do anything that involve moving my leg backwards. when i tried to tail whip my scooter i was in pain for a half hour. ive been trying to rest it but it wont work. i only have 13 days until school and i really wanna ride. whats wrong with me!

I got myself banned.
This happened to me durring soccer season once. It feels like your muscles are in a knot... It sucks. Go in a hot tub for mad long

i doubt you tore muscle from a cramp, stretch dude, touch dem toes lol
but seriously stretching helps alot

I get that shit almost every time I ride for a full day. Its muscle exhaustion/ muscle in a knot, or maybe a strain. Make sure you stretch before you ride and itll help with them a lot. Trust me I had them all the time with riding and when I played soccer, which was for 12 years.

Like they said stretch, if it is a knot you could go get a massage an itll come right out. I always get massages for hockey and it really helps

i managed to go out and i ride flat and my rail i can do 180 combos 3s heel whips bars and a bunch of grinds with them without hurting my thigh
