you cant get everything for 250. get a Phoenix though.

if u want bars wheels and deck out of the 250 dollars ill get a lucky evo deck no headtube. rad ogs or crows. if u get crow bars get some demon wheels. if u get ogs then get some eagles or protos.

i suggest:
ambush deck (119)
Inward bars (like 59 ish?)
and stock wheels.

you dont need threadless parts all thee time if u dont have fuck loads to go get a real good scoot just get ultra high cut the bars down get a threadless headset and some decent wheels thats all you'd need to start off with when u get more money buy more parts

if your trying to get a completly custom setup then order from inward and this is what i would get
animal grips(10)
ultra pro bars (24)
district clamp (15)
threaded headset (8)
phoenix deck (165)
ultra pro forks (15)
stock wheels/bearings (5)
black magic griptape (5)
a front axle (2)
a razor brake (10)
or a phoenix switchblade (higly reccomended over razor, 25)

that comes out to 274 or 259 depending on the brake so save up a little more and your good

if your new to scooters start with a ultra pro. Then learn the parts and decide from there what to get.
