WTF - Bar end stuck!

My bars end is stuck and i cant get it off!
What can i do?

its common sense bro.
1. if only one is stuck, then shove something through your bars if you have t bars to push it out with a hammer
2. if its a metal one with a screw, drill it out
3. if its a plastic one and you cant shove something through and its on both sides, then try to pry it out with a hammer
edit: they beat me lol. and yeah melting it is such a good idea
