WTT: TSI Flowmaster 2 5.0

Looking to trade my prime TSI Flowmaster 2 with a 5.0 deck plate for a standard phoenix 4.5 in good condition. i also have 2 FSA PIG headsets and a Lucky EVO 2 headtube w/bolt.

I got a cracked v2i and a green she devil fork for it? the fork has no spacers or shim so it wont work with mgp hic and you need to use washers as a wheel spacer.
for flowmaster.

then how come theres also that horizontal weld where the headtube meets the frame because my deck doesnt have that and i want to know if thats normal
