Im tired of people saying we need to clean up the site, enforce the rules, be more strict etc. But then the moment we ban someone, theres people who say were a horrible staff, we had no reason to ban them, blah blah blah...

So now I, and any other staff member who wants to join, are gonna give you guys the crack down youve been asking for for months now. Lets see how long it takes before people start contradicting themselves like Ive already explained.

This is nothing personal and not out of anger at all. Theres reason behind this. After this hopefully you guys will understand and appreciate all the breaks we give you..

Feel free to post in here, but please know that Im starting the crack down right now. Discuss what you want, but also know that this is a statement, not a discussion.

I think this is a good idea. I don't post much so it doesn't really affect me but hopefully it will help the forums like it is planned to do. Good luck with this Scott and other mods.

I think it will be good as long as its within reason and mods dont get carried away, like dont permaban someone for cussing and acting a bit goofy in a thread once in a while, but if you were a bit less tolerent to the crap on here it could improve. Anyways wont effect me to much, i try to follow the rules

It wont get out of hand. Like Ive already said, this isnt randomly out of anger, theres reason behind it.
We arent gonna ban people for every little thing. Were just going to enforce the rules like were told to. Were supposed to make sure everyone follows the rules, so thats what were gonna do. Were going to use the infraction system liek its supposed to be used. So then no one can say they got banned for no reason. You get 3 chances with the infraction system, and if you dont learn after the first 2 warnings, you probably deserve to be banned. But youll still be banned if its something that deserves a ban right away.

This is generally going to be good for the site. But then if anyone tries to complain that were being too harsh, theyll realize the breaks we give people ALL THE TIME, hopefully be mature about it and realize that trying to keep the site in line isnt as easy as some of you people seem to think.

Its for the entire site. No offense, but that sort of mentality is partly a reason for this. Certain people think theyre above everyone else on here and think they'll never be banned because of who they are, how they post, how often they post, when they joined, and dumb shit that really doesnt matter.
You break a rule or do anything that deserves an infraction/ban, youre gonna get it no matter who you are. "Annoying kids" and "OG's" alike.
