all you do is un screw the big nuts on the fork and take out the bearings and put them on the new fork, then put the new fork back in the head tube (with the bearings) then put the big nut tightener things back on, and then put your bars back on

K dude, listen, and listen well. This is really pretty easy, but you should do it on an old crappy scooter if you're nervous first.

First thing your gonna do is get your allen key, 5mm i think. Loosen your clamp up. Then, you turn your bars left (counterclockwise) to screw them off. Make sure the front wheel doesn't turn with the bars too haha.

Now, with your bars off, you have to take off the nut and headset cup. It may be impossible for you to get them off with your hands so look around for some kind of wrench, and see if it fit around the nut, and then untighten it like you did with your bars. It'll take a bit to get both nut and cup off but don't worry.

Then you should be able to pull the fork out. Before you do this take the top headset bearing out and put it on like a napkin. Take out the fork, and be sure to put the bottom bearing on the napkin too. Now, just change the wheel, put the bottom headset bearing on the bottom race and reinstall your fork, and your ready to ride :)

there you go, and you shouldnt be scared of messing with the headset cause youre gonna have to learn sometime and the sooner the better.

and when you do learn and understand how it works you can make it conform to your liking :)
