Okay, so i've bought a new headset, i know how to put it in and everything but i can't install it because the old cups of the headset. i've tried with a hammer and screwdriver etc but it wont budge:@ any ideas? thanks

i have blazer pro threaded forks and a jd bug pro headset and deck. yeah i know theyre awful but oh well. if i try to tighten it up, the bars wont turn freely and it becomes really stiff. so, for the bars to move, the headset has to be quite loose and it makes the bars and forks really...
