my cam goes into them how do i change it....i use mac anyone have this problem and use mac? there is a good converter called wondershare video converter for mac but it has a watermark because its trail...if u could get that for me full version thats great...but if not how can i edit HELP

Okay...my camera jvc everio hm200 records clips into .MTS and i need to know wat to convert it to that doesnt screw quality or anything and can work on vegas 8? Note: i have searched forum and couldnt find anything
