so yesterday i was thinking how to put gussets on my alu 1 pieces.... my idea is get a smaller tude to stick inside your crossbar but only half the size of you crossbar. u cut small slits in your crossbar then you hammer the tude in and weld it or just not weld it. anyway i now someone else...
