its not the bolt its the nut the nut wont budge at all meaning i cant loosen the nut off of the bolt. i know to hit it out with a hammer if it gets stuck but i need to know how to get the nut off first.

ive had my inward bolt set since march its been great up until now. im trying to change my headtube and my headset and i was taking my bolts out no problem. took the two smaller bolts off fine then when i tried getting the bigger one out(the top one) i realized its stuck. and i dont mean stuck...
