I was super excited about buying a 2010 tomos 150 scooter with only 450 miles on it for only $600! It looks practically new, aside from some rust on the pipe going to the muffler. Took it for a test drive, wont go faster than 30mph! rpms wont go over 5k, redline is like 7k if i remember right...
