Sliders, Rapids, or the new Tilt Sig wheels? I haven't bought a set of wheels in like 5 years, my current set is a set of prototype Sliders I bought off Dylan Kasson. Which are the best?

Andrew still runs Proto, and I guess still owns this domain. Kasson and Steadman still ride scooters, though Steadman is sans-dreads and Kasson's got a big beard now.

Anyway, really where is the place to buy stuff nowadays? The Vault and Outset or?

I've been around for a while and I only know Brian Boston, Steadman, and the Scoo York dudes.

I want it. Its the cleanest fork ever made IMO. But they're charging $102 USD for it which I totally can't justify with the added cost of international shipping.

Did you miss the part where I said I'M CURRENTLY RIDING OG V1 THOM CATS? I want something slim, and those Phoenix forks are even fatter than the Thom Cats. EDIT: These are what I'm talking about. They're called TSI Pilot forks.

I have a set of what I believe are v1 Thom Cats right now. I traded a set of Strikers for them years ago and I wish I hadn't. Didn't TSI make a fork between the Thom Cat and the Vandelle? It was like a single piece of pipe that had been cut into the fork body shape. Yeah and they're god awful...

Does anyone make cool steel forks anymore? I want something slim like a Proto Striker if any of you know what that is.

An 83* headtube is easier for bars. Lower the angle, the easier it is to whip and nose manual.

ICS is the cheapest but its a total bitch, I could never get it to work well in my scooter. HIC is the next cheapest if you have oversized bars. SCS is the best but its also the most expensive and definitely the heaviest, especially if you're riding oversized bars in it.

drill it out or dremel a slot in the head and use a flathead screwdriver to turn it out.
