New Mod.
If you use 2 bolts it is a lot stronger and won't rip apart the plates. And make sure you use Grade8 steel bolts.

backwards manuals
The backwards manual is pretty hard. I can get em going for a few feet but can't always pull out of them. I have found that doing a 180 out is easier than riding them out.
