Ok so i was going to tighten the bolt inside the scs the one with the top cap and it stripped i think in the starnut and i tried loosening it and it wont come all the way out , the bolt is really loose and it spins without any problem and the part where the bolt threads into the starnut is...

i boted a flex fender on my lucky pro 4 =] so yeah id suggest a fender (also makes ur scoot a bit more solid cuz u dnt need 2 deal with the spring)
