I wouldnt trust a metal core wheel unless it was a Drive wheel...there have been Vapor metal cores...but they werent as good as Drives...havent tried the metal core Volcanix but the i did try the regular old Volcanix with the big wheel and small lil rim...good for a front wheel...not good for a back wheel...but Rumor is that Skatesaway will open back up...and when they do, i reccomend getting some Drives...i still rate them higher then YAKS...yes i said it...I think theyre better then YAKS..

I think the micro solid metal cores would even be better then them. But I havent rode them so I cant say for sure. I only wish I had them.

Drives are amazing, I still have 2 and have only broke those 2 in like however many years I've had them now, lol.

But yea, I would say that the wheels in the micro shop are better, they're faster for sure and the rubber is harder and has more grip.. I can't exactly test if they last long but Eric says that no one has broken on yet.

Yeah its weird that there's 3 kinds of those, 3 spokes, 5 holes (lol), and solid cores, which are the best ones? and why is all in that Micro shop so damn fucking expensive? (Btw theres some weird stuff in that shop now like reinforced scooters which cost too much to even consder buying one, and I laughed my ass off when I saw the 'pegs' which literally consist of 6 bearings and a long screw).

i would get the 1's on micro for sure but i dont wanna pay like 30bucks a wheel and then 50 bucks shipping thats way to much u could buy like 40 yaks and just keep changing them IF they brake which they prob wont so yes thank god for good old yaks lol i will just hire some big goons to roll the gettuo kids then they wont hav yaks lol

I own SR.
They are 8 times more expensive than YAKS per wheel plus they only had 12 in stock so I wasn't even about to waste my time with that. They are good wheels but they are not 8 times better than YAKS plus they are sold out with no plans of restocking from what I understand so those aren't an option anymore anyways.
