hello all, new member here. so i have had this scooter since new it has 3k miles on it. the other day it suddenly wouldnt start and stranded me. it would crank but not start. i got it home and started to tinker, i checked for spark and seemed to be getting one. however it still would not start there is fuel in the carb and im getting good compression but it wouldnt start. the next day i noticed i was no longer getting a spark, so i replaced the ignition coil, trigger pickup, spark plug and cdi with no results. my stator seems to be charging the battery and it tries to power up my lights when i crank it. ive used a good quality voltmeter to test the red/black wire from the stator and it reads about 50 volts ac while cranking, the blue/white wire from the pickup coil reads anywhere from .1 to .2 volts ac. i get the same reading with the old pickup coil. ive tested the wire from the cdi to the ignition coil and it reads zero while cranking both on the old and the new cdi... sometimes when i try to crank it it will send out one spark but thats it. im now at a loss. if anyone has any ideas i would be very greatful.
